Perseverance Theatre seeks a full-time Managing Director to join our leadership team. The Managing Director partners with the Artistic Director to hold the theatre accountable to its mission and values, and to serve its community. The Managing Director is responsible for strategic and financial planning, supervising the administrative staff, monitoring budgets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Perseverance Theatre employs a full-time staff of 10; produces subscription seasons in Juneau and Anchorage, Alaska, plus an annual tour of The Winter Bear to rural Alaska, and operates on a budget of approximately $1.8 million, not including in-kind and trade donations. The mission of Perseverance Theatre is to create professional theatre by and for Alaskans, and we value community engagement, professional rigor, and community voice.
