Development Director Position Now Open

Perseverance Theatre is seeking a full-time Development Director to join a growing company making professional theatre by and for Alaskans. The Development Director is part of the theatre’s senior staff leadership team, and is responsible for updating and implementing a development plan that accounts for approximately 50% of the theatre’s two million dollar annual operating budget.




Announcing Dates in Juneau and Anchorage for The World Premiere of Snow Child

The Snow Child, Perseverance Theatre’s Co-Production with Arena Stage to debut in Alaska in 2018
A world premiere musical based on the novel by Eowyn Ivey and Directed by Perseverance Theatre founder, Molly Smith.

The Snow Child runs in Anchorage, May 25-27, 2018, and in Juneau, June 9-10, 2018, as a kick-off to Perseverance Theatre’s Ruby Anniversary Season. To Kill a Mockingbird opens on April 28th in Anchorage, and runs through May 7. and we have many special events and opportunities for you to engage with the cast and members of the community about the play, the novel, and the connections this story has to life in Alaska in 2017.
